Evan’s practice is primarily focused on intellectual property litigation, including actions involving patents, trademarks, industrial designs, and copyright. Evan has significant experience representing clients before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

Evan also assists clients with obtaining patent and trademark protection in a wide variety of industries including cannabis, oil and gas, financial services, consumer products, and food and beverage.
 
Evan obtained a dual degree in mechanical engineering and law from Western University, and was named to the Dean’s Honour List for both programs.
